Estimator required to work on tender submissions for specialist Civils work
Your new company
Experienced and established Building & Civil Engineering Contractor based in the Manchester area, who specialise across broad sectors of the Construction Industry
Your new role
You'll be working on submitting a tender for a term maintenance contract for the business based on an established schedule of rates and previous managed contracts. The schemes are Civils biased, concentrated around utilities, cabling, streetworks and groundworks
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need up to date recent experience in submitting tenders for such projects, given the value of the contracts and pricing structure. You must be an experienced and accurate Estimator, with a proven track record for winning contracts
What you'll get in return
This is a freelance / temporary contract with an anticipated duration of c.3 weeks. There is an immediate start on offer for the successful individual
