Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks/Civils - Leicestershire


A well known groundworks / civils contractor based in Leicestershire are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in order to help move the commercial department forward as well as pick up a number of jobs that are due to start in the coming months. This contractor work predominantly within residential groundworks sector across projects throughout the Midlands.

You will ideally be currently working within a Quantity Surveying role - if this is within the groundworks/civils sector this would be a huge advantage but you could be working in the housing/new build market as well. The ideal person will have the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work alongside the current commercial team as well as help with training and developing the more junior members of staff. Your role will also involve being a hands on Quantity Surveyor running your own jobs.
