Stock Condition Surveyor contract Yorkshire

Your new company
This housing organisation has a number of properties across Yorkshire and they are on the lookout for a Condition Surveyor to join the team and help with the workload.

Your new role
You will carry out a number of surveys across Yorkshire including, condition, damp and dilapidations. You will need to manage your diary and ensure reports and systems are up to date. You will provide advice to tenants and work with the wider maintenance team to arrange works.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a HNC or HND in Construction as a minimum and experience surveying residential properties. You will have good IT knowledge and report writing skills. A large part of this role involves working closely with tenants and as a result you will have excellent customer service skills.
