Hays Property & Surveying are excited to be working with a globally recognised organisation who are looking to develop and strengthen their Commercial Property Estates Department who's Headquarters are based in central London.

Your new role

This is a brand-new opportunity to join a small growing property team who are tasked to deliver transactions to the companies' internal clients. The job will involve coordinating with other teams and external advisers to proactively manage a wide range of properties across the UK & potentially Europe, there are around 150 property assets across the UK. The successful candidate will be assisting and developing streamlined processes on real estate policies and governance's, manage day to day responsibility for project / transaction delivery and reporting.

This role will require a surveyor to manage all key lease dates, advise on rent reviews & lease renewals, lease terminations and assist with a new disposals programme. A rounded knowledge of property management, dilapidation's and asset management is recommended as this is a rounded role covering multiple facets of real estate.

What you'll need to succeed

The desired candidate will be MRICS qualified or someone who has a minimum of 3-5 years' experience managing commercial property. A commercial general practice background is preferable as you will be required to perform property management, asset management, disposals, and leading duties.
