A friendly and busy consultancy in South Manchester is looking to expand into Building Surveying. They cover a lot of the Land and Property Management elements of consultancy, but are getting more and more instructions to carry out condition surveys, compliance checks and dilapidations, and so want someone like you in-house to handle these things.
You need to be chartered (MRICS or MCIOB), and be able to work with initiative, handling all of the work that's passed to you as the sole Building Surveyor and Head of Building Surveying in the business. You'll also be expected to grow the department, so there's great career potential.
