Leading property business, specialising in the telecoms sector have need for an Estates Management professional to join the team. Applicants will have previous experience of working with this property type, (knowledge of 'The Telecoms Code' being essential), being able to demonstrate scenarios of handling rent reviews/lease renewals, rent collection, access and possession matters, valuations, asset management, inspections, etc. The role requires some who is able to work autonomously and will be predominantly home based, (although based in and covering the wider North West region/patch). RICS qualification is preferred albeit not essential (APC training will be provided if/where needed). Remuneration will reflect experience, albeit be in the region of £35 - £45,000 DOE.
