Utilities Estates Surveyor - Scotland (Remote Working)

Well known, well regarded Scottish property consultancy are seeking (due to expansion) an experienced and qualified Surveyor who specialises in all things in the Utilities/Infrastructure/Energy sectors. The individual could come from a rural or commercial background whilst being proficient in providing professional and estate management services (including valuation, access/wayleave/easement, Compensation, Compulsory purchase) advice to a range of power/energy/telecoms/utilities clients. The projects / instructions to be worked on are all based in the Scotland/Borders area and the chosen individual can accordingly operate from a home / remote working base, (reporting into a local office periodically). This post would suit an F/MRICS (or AssocRICS) qualified surveyor with demonstrable experience within the sector. Salary & Package will reflect experience and qualifications.
