Site Manager

Site Manager required for ongoing contract delivering external works across properties in Wrexham

Your new company
Working for a well established Building Contractor, you'll be joining an experienced team in delivering this contract on site

Your new role
Supporting the area Contracts Manager, your duties will be to deliver the contract on site whilst maintaining the highest standards of delivery

Site duties include:

• Overall Site and Subcontractor Management
• Managing the programme
• Ordering Materials
• Completion of Site Documentation and RAMS
• Client Liaison and Stakeholder Management

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need previous experience in managing "small" external civil works on domestic properties, incl: Driveways, Pathways and small drainage works

You'll require SMSTS, CSCS, 1st Aid and a full Driving Licence

What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role for an unknown duration, with a start date of the 11th January
