Building Safety Project Delivery Manager

Permanent opportunity for building safety project delivery manager with a housing association.

Your new company
Large housing association based in Manchester looking for a building safety project delivery manager to look after a portfolio of North West properties. This housing association has over 65,000 properties nationwide.

Your new role
Here you will be working alongside the building safety team. You will have the opportunity to deliver investigations, remediation and installations, and for setting up the systems required to deliver the requirements of future building safety legislation and guidance. This is a new team so you will be able to help and grow the team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience of working within teams successfully delivering major building safety projects such as external wall investigations and remediation projects, sprinkler retro fit installations, Type 4 FRA's, compartmentation works and fire door replacements.
• Extensive building/fire safety and renewal/regeneration component replacement knowledge.
• Up to date practical knowledge of The RRO, PAS 79, Sprinkler install standards and associated construction practices.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £52,000 plus 25 days annual leave alongside other benefits to chose from.
