An opportunity has come through for you to join an independent cost consultancy in Manchester as a Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor.
Carrying out mainly Employers Agent work using JCT contracts in the residential sector, there would also be scope in the long term to become a very established and senior name within the company, as well as growing the business in other ways through networking and growth.
You should have consultancy experience already, ideally as an employers agent, but not necessarily as long as you have a solid grounding in quantity surveying behind you.
