Your new company
A rapidly expanding company based in Leicestershire who specialise in disabled adaptions to customer's homes.

Your new role
As an Architectural Technologist/Architect you will be working half the time in the office and the other half customer facing to discuss the disabled adaptions required to allow them to live more comfortably. You will be meeting customers, surveying their properties, suggestion options and then coming back to develop detailed AutoCAD drawings and plans to show the adaptions and then get sign off from the customers.
There is an element of sales included with the role and bonuses can be paid for hitting targets.

What you'll need to succeed
As an Architectural Technologist/Architect you will be an excellent communicator who is equally comfortable with colleagues, contractors and customers. You will have vast experience of residential refurbishment or extension projects and experience of disabled adaptions will be a significant advantage.
You will have significant experience and skills of AutoCAD, 2D and 3D Plans and detailed drawings.
You will have a natural drive to achieve targets and hit sales figures along with a passion for great design and providing excellent customer service.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a generous salary or up to £40,000 and bonus potential for hitting targets.
