Capital Projects Manager

Home-based with regular travel to High Wycombe HQ and national portfolio required

InHealth Group, the UK's largest specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions, is seeking to appoint a Capital Projects Manager to support the continued expansion of Group’s property portfolio.

Across the InHealth Group, we see more than 3 million patients each year, from over 850 locations across the UK that include our dedicated, standalone InHealth Diagnostic Centres, community and hospital sites and mobile units.

As part of our continued approach to delivering outstanding patient care, our forthcoming estates strategy will include a bold capital investment plan, consisting of a diverse spectrum of projects ranging in value from £250k to £10m, to ensure the realisation of our key priorities.

We are therefore now seeking a Capital Projects Manager to join the team and lead the delivery of a range of high-profile new build, adaptation and refurbishment projects across a diverse and complex estate portfolio. Responsible for providing a high level technical advisory service to clinical stakeholders, you will play a key part in the successful delivery of InHealth's capital programme.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable project management experience, having taken responsibility for managing capital projects in the £100k to £10m value range.  You will have strong commercial and technical skills, with experience of contract procurement and administration.  Whilst experience of working in the healthcare sector would be advantageous, it is not essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to develop their career in a client-side project management role with an ambitious and growing NHS Partner organisation. You can view the candidate briefing pack here – https://online.flippingbook.com/view/612808/

For a briefing discussion please contact our advisors Ben Duffill (ben.duffill@mrgpeople.co.uk) or Nick Coppard (nicholas.coppard@mrgpeople.co.uk) of The Management Recruitment Group on 0203 962 9900.  Applications should consist of a CV and Covering Letter and should be sent to nicholas.coppard@mrgpeople.co.uk.

The closing date for applications is 17th January 2020.   Interviews will take in early February.
