Conservation Architect

Your new company
A multi-sector Architecture firm based in Birmingham, established for 20+ years; who focus on residential, leisure, conservation, education and retail projects.


Your new role
As a Conservation Architect you will be working on across many sectors but a main focus on conservation. You will be working on projects throughout all 7 RIBA stages, leading teams on both site and technical office based team. You will work with most of the major software programmes especially Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, BIM processes and report writing.
You will be required to make amendments to plans and models to fix issues quickly on site.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have vast experience of taking lead on projects especially Conservation; running them through all RIBA stages, understanding Local Authority planning processes, highly skilled in AutoCAD and a working knowledge of Revit or ArchiCAD would be beneficial.
You will be qualified to minimum part 3 in Architecture, MA in Conservation (or registered in RIBA Conservation list or AABC list).
You will have excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team or on your own initiative and will have a full driving licence and own car.
