Major house builder is looking for new site managers to join their team.
Your new role
- Managing a house building site with an assistant
- Delivering 30-40 houses per annum
- Ensure build times and quality is in accordance to standards and plans
- Report to regional directors on progress
- Ensure all work and labour is managed effectively
What you'll need to succeed
- Track record of working recently within a major house building firm
- Have developed within a firm over a lengthy tenure to develop deep knowledge and skills
- SMSTS, CSCS cards and First Aid and relevant qualifications
- Knowledge of the procedures and requirements within the house building sector
- Attention to detail and good man-management skills
