HOUSING PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED FOR LONG TERM INTERIM ROLE IN SOMERSET - £27 PER HOUR - 18 HOURS PER WEEK

Your new company
As a Housing Project Manager you will join housing investment team based in Somerset who are responsible for delivering a wide range of projects, which are often complex in nature.

Your new role
As a specialist project manager you will take ownership of a large energy efficiency and upgrade project based in Somerset which involves instillation of a ground source heat pump to a low-rise block of 81 flats. You'll immediately work closely with the contractor, as the project enters final phase of completion, with four months remaining.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to have previous project management experience within a social or affordable housing environment. You'll need to have experience in supervising contractors, monitoring contract costs, budgets and quality of work - liaising with professional teams throughout.

What you'll get in return
You will receive an initial interim contract with duration of 4-6 months. This is a part-time role, offering 18 hours per week, with occasional overtime, and a rate of £27 per hour.
