12 Month FTC - Assistant Commercial Programme Manager Job, Construction & Property Sector, Major UK Landlord


This is a unique opportunity to join one of the largest UK based landlords on a long term 12-month fixed term contract to work within a fast-paced commercial environment helping the business to deliver key capital projects & programmes across the estate.

A leading independent private sector property company who are the UK's largest supplier of properties to small & medium sized businesses across the UK. This well-established organisation holds a significant amount of property across the UK where there is currently a continuous flow of project works being conducted across hundreds of the units

Your new role

This highly unique job opportunity will hold the responsibility of a national co-ordination and administration of commercial activity across all capital projects to ensure robust procurement and accurate programme level reporting. This role has been designed to sit within a small team who track and align key project data and financials reporting to the project managers & asset managers to ensure works are priced correctly and are moving productively onsite.

What you'll need to succeed

This will be a hugely challenging positing given the nature of the properties and the volume of assets under management therefore relevant property backed Programme Management skills will be required along with a core understanding of building pathology and project management.

It is key for the successful applicant to be organised, driven and self-motivated to handle the volume of projects you will be exposed to, to maximise productivity you will require Advanced Excel Skills.

This is an Assistant / Mid-level project or programme management position where data is key.
