Site Manager

Site Manager, Derbyshire based contractor, Apartments new build, Notts site.

Your new company
You will be working for an established civils and build contractor that have sites across the East Midlands.. The company have projects in the commercial and residential sectors and looking to strengthen their operational team. This is a chance to work for a contractor that has a strong pipeline of regional work.

Your new role
You will be reporting directly to the Contracts Manager and will initially oversee a new build apartment block build in Nottingham. You will be responsible for health and safety on site and organising trades and subcontractors. You will need to ensure the project is running to programme and be able to update live programming and planning records. You will have a strong understanding of building regulations and the ability to foresee potential issues before they cause project delays. You will have strong interpersonal skills and experience of dealing with all stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive background as a Site Manager on apartment build works. Ideally you will have a career evidencing longevity. You will hold CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and Health and Safety Qualifications.
