Market leading commercial property consultancy are seeking an additional property manager to join their successful Manchester team. Primarily, the position focuses on the management of a leading property funds portfolio. The successful candidate will be involved in client reporting, consents matters, arranging property inspections, compliance and insurance responsibilities, service charge management, lease obligation enforcement, liaising with other professionals etc. The portfolio predominantly lies around the wider North West region and is made up of a mix of Industrial and Office premises. The post would suit a Commercial Property Surveyor (ideally F/MRICS, or well on the way to being) at around the Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level (remuneration circa £35/£40,000 + Car Allowance).
