A well known main contractor based in Leicestershire are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their business in order to add to their team and help with a workload that they already have lined up for 2021. This contractor work on a number of different types of projects including healthcare, education, residential, commercial and local authorities as well as larger projects for key clients.

Ideally they are looking for someone who is an experienced QS/Estimator - the role will be a dual role so you must have experience in both elements of the commercial role - and someone who is able to come in and hit the ground running. You will ideally have similar project experience - these projects are predominantly refurbishment projects so experience within the refurbishment sector is essential. They range in value from £50K - £1m and they work within the whole of the East Midlands. Ideally you will have experience working with a variety of different projects, both from an estimating and surveying perspective, be professional and driven and be prepared to go the extra mile for the client. This contractor work with a specific set of clients so the relationship and professionalism is key to their success.
