Site Manager

Busy Edinburgh Based Contractor seeks Site Manager for interesting project in Edinburgh City Centre.

Your new company
Our client are a well established Edinburgh contractor who have a busy 2021 ahead of them.They are due to commence an interesting and complex building project over the next few weeks and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their business.

Your new role
As Site Manager you will be responsible for organising and running the project in a safe and efficient manner ensuring our clients commercial interest is protected. You will be liaising closely with multiple project stakeholders ( engineers ,architects and subcontractors) and your professional communication skills will see you drive a positive and efficient culture onsite.This project is a complex structural refurbishment project so good all round building experience along with high attention to detail is essential.


What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate is from a trade background with excellent allround construction knowledge backed up by natural leadership ability. You will have an up to date SMSTS and first aid course and can provide multiple positive references if required.
