Senior Building Surveyor – Bristol

Senior Building Surveyor required by leading consultant in Bristol to provide a full range of building surveying duties across both public and private sectors to include commercial property, education, and health.

An MRICS Building Surveyor you will be familiar with the use and application of standard forms of building contract, such as JCT and NEC and have a solid knowledge of building surveying professional services.

Mentoring and training of the junior Building Surveyors in the APC programme will be required as part of your line management duties.

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance.
