North East property business are seeking a Commercial Property / Lettings professional to take responsibility for the management their commercial portfolio. Interested parties will already have experience of dealing with tenants, the marketing of vacant properties, generate leads, undertaking viewing etc all with a view to minimising void space. The successful candidate will also assist in the estate management of the assets including rent reviews, lease renewals and other Landlord and Tenant matters. This post is based in the North East region. This role is offering circa £28 - £32,000 + Company Car + Benefits. F/MRICS qualification is essential.
