CAPITAL PROJECT MANAGER - PERMANENT ROLE WITH LEADING PROPERTY CONSULTANCY IN THE SOUTH WEST - £49,600

Your new company
You will be working for an award winning property consultancy, a provider of property services and also business facility services across the south west region. Your new company works with a wide range of end clients, predominantly within the public sector meaning you'll work on delivering education and other commercial property projects.

Your new role
Joining a major projects team you will take ownership of a wide range of capital build projects. This role will involve pulling together and liaising with a professional team including architects and engineers. You'll work with your team to progress projects through consultation, design, tender and delivery phases, monitoring project costs closely and ensuring value for money is achieved.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to have a background in Quantity Surveying, ideally working as a QS on the client-side, or for a technical consultancy. Whilst your background may be in Quantity Surveying, you'll need to either have worked as a Project Manager previously, or have aspirations around moving into this area - you'll also need to have professional status, ideally MRICS.
