Senior Development Manager - Commercial (Midlands)

Well known, well regarded West Midlands based business are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Development Manager / Strategic Land Manager, to join the existing team. Applicants must be specialists in the 'front end' element of the development process, specifically option & development agreements, acquiring and disposing of land, development appraisals, town & country planning matters, creating and managing professional teams etc. This business is looking for someone with a commercial background, with a proven track record of working on projects in the office, industrial, logistics etc sectors. Interested parties will be asked to demonstrate experience of creating and working with JV Development partners, complex Land Assembly projects (packaging land / developments for sale) and exposure to both large scale and small scale development projects, (on both green and brown field sites). This post is based around the West Midlands region. Salary circa £70 - £75,000 + car allowance + bonus + pension & excellent benefits package.
