Your new company
An experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join the construction team set to deliver a £15m development which includes a hotel, two storey pavilion and sporting facilities, which includes new build, steel frame extension and refurbishment. This is a headline scheme for the city and a unique opportunity to join a talented delivery team, working flexibly in Liverpool between office, home and site which is also Merseyside based.

Your new role
You will join the business before works commence on site, to work as part of the Pre-Construction team, putting together cost plans, value engineering solutions and programme. You will take a lead on the procurement and appointing of subcontractors. Day to day tasks will include cash-flow forecasting, valuations, payment applications, on site measure, and internal cost reporting. It will be your overall responsibility to ensure this project is delivered on time and in budget.

What you'll need to succeed
You are an experienced QS or Senior QS with a background working with contractors. You have D&B experience that includes refurbishment and new build.
