Planner

New Permanent Job as Planner working for established main contractor in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire.


Job responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will be all aspects of planning, phasing, programming and sequencing for our tendering activity, including the coordination of design, commercial and production activities into one truly Integrated Programme. On our successful tenders you will then work with the project teams to assist them in developing realistic target construction programmes, still fully integrated, and will retain an overall monitoring capacity for our larger & more complex projects. Finally, we would be looking for ideas to drive improvement and consistency in the timely delivery of our preconstruction preferred bids and our live projects. This being achieved within a working group of fellow senior managers within the business.

What do we need from you?

You will need to hold the relevant qualifications, along with a solid history of working on build tenders and projects with a main contractor. We will also need you to be an experienced operator of Primavera P6 and Microsoft project software.
