You will work for a family run business based in the West Midlands. They specialise in commercial properties and have experienced significant growth over the last few years.
Your new role
You will work as a Property Management Surveyor based in the West Midlands, specialising in rent reviews, lease renewals and property management work. You will work with a portfolio of commercial properties and help drive the business forward.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience within property management and ideally be MRICS or working towards your APC however this is not essential. You will be keen to work for a leading property business and have experience in commercial properties.
