Covering mainly the Hard FM side of things, you'd be relatively autonomous and expected to travel around the area as needed for the position. Previous experience of PFI schemes would be hugely beneficial, and you do need to have a NEBOSH qualification as a minimum.
If you'd like to learn more and have a conversation about the opportunity, along with looking at a full job spec, please do get in touch with Ed Collins by applying to this advert or calling 0161 607 5084 for a confidential conversation.
