Assistant Site Manager, Inverness , short term contract, £23 Per Hour
Your new company
You will be working for a leading developer in the Inverness area on a flagship project in the Inverness area.
Your new role
As an Assistant Site Manager you will join the existing site to work with the site team to deliver the project. You will be responsible for aspects such as site walk rounds, HSE checks, ensuring labour and subcontractors are complying with HSE standards including PPE and social distancing measures. Reporting to a Senior Site Manager, you will provide updates on site progress and escalate any HSE issues. This role will be temporary for a few weeks in the run up to the end of the year.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must hold a valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate. Previous experience of working on a new build residential project would be advantageous but is not essential. This role would suit someone who is either established in an Assistant Site Manager position or for someone who is looking to move into this role, provided the required tickets are valid. This role would also suit someone in Inverness or from the surrounding areas as no subsistence will be offered.
