We are delighted to be working with this client once again a we help them appoint a Architect or a Technician to their team for a 3 month contract.
This well established Glasgow based firm, are best known for their diverse range of projects, covering sectors such as; residential, commercial, retail, industrial, healthcare, education, life sciences and R&D. Add to that their strong order book, and we have a very attractive proposition to bring to the market.

Your new role
You will work directly for one of the business directors on one of the practices largest projects. A project that is going to be ran in Revit. You will be responsible for the day-day running of the project, and all the technical aspects associated with it. The support of a more junior technician will also be made available to you. This role also offers the right person with the opportunity to take on some of the task usually associated with a BIM Manager (should you so wish to).

What you'll need to succeed

• Be an Architect or an Architectural Technologist with approximately 8 years+ industry experience
• Have experience at working to BIM Level 2
• Have experience detailing projects using Revit.
• Experience with commercial / industrial / retail based projects would be advantageous.
• Be able to demonstrate a track record in delivering projects.
