Construction Manager - Residential - Leicestershire - Salary negotiable


A family run building contractor based in Leicestershire are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join them in order to help take charge of and run the current operational team - reporting to the Directors of the business to continue the productivity of the business. This contractor work predominantly on new build social housing projects across the East Midlands and have a number of projects that are due to start in 2021.

Ideally they are looking for someone who has experience working on new build housing/social housing projects from start to finish. Your experience should come from working either for another smaller bespoke developer or contractor working on residential projects and you must have experience dealing with smaller developments and liaising directly with clients. This role could suit someone who is already in a similar role OR someone who is keen on career progression who isn't able to get that working for a large PLC.

You must be career minded, motivated and switched on and have experience in managing multiple projects in a senior management level role - with a team of site managers reporting into you running the day to day aspects of the projects. You could be in a contracts management role right now looking for a step up or in a similar role already and have experience dealing with all operational elements of the role.
