A leading main contractor are looking for an established Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in groundwork's, roads, sewers and drainage, ideally from a groundwork subcontractor. This contractor are a leader in the field when it comes to building apartments, houses, schools and other public buildings, however they now would like to recruit a ground works specialist Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their existing team

Your new role
You will take on commercial responsibility for large infrastructure packages on new build housing and apartments, including roads, sewers and drainage.

What you'll need to succeed
You are an established Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, with excellent groundworks experience including rounds, sewers and drainage.
