Opportunity for Assistant Site Manager with leading housebuilder

Your new role
Supporting the senior site manager, you'll be an instrumental member of the team actively supervising trades and operatives on site to endure that 2nd fixing and snagging of any defects is completed to the highest standards possible, with a view to achieving CML sign-off.
Duties will include ensuring the site is safe and secure at all times, undertaking inductions, assisting with the organisation and direction of subcontractors, handling RFIs, maintaining high standards of workmanship and other ad hoc responsibilities as requested by the site manager.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll ideally have a proven track record working with developers or contractors specialising in housebuilding, whether speculative or on behalf of housing associations, have an excellent eye for detail, be organised, self-disciplined and with good communication skills, as you'll need to be able to liaise effectively with customers, consultants, contractors and suppliers alike.
