Development Director - Portugal - Mixed Use Scheme
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a development director to join an international business and take the lead on a large mixed-use development in Portugal. The scheme currently has 4-5 years until completion and is a flagship development.
The role will suit development focused professionals who can cover the full development cycle and speak Portuguese and English, you will be confident and able to lead an internal and external team and have significant retail, residential and office experience.
Salary circa €130-150,000+Package.
