General contracting firm in Greater Manchester area is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Your new role

• Working on commercial and projects up to £10m in value
• Projects include new build, re-fits and refurbishment of commercial premises
• Ensure that costs are monitored and accounted for effectively
• Manage the quote estimates and payment schedules for materials and labour
• Working with site manager to ensure deliver to time and budget

What you'll need to succeed

• Background in general commercial projects
• Ideally project experience of up to £10m in value
• Good commercial and communication skills
• Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
