Goldsmiths, University of London is seeking to recruit a Project Manager to deliver estates capital projects and long-term estate investment programmes across the University campus portfolio.

Working within the Estates and Facilities Department, the Project Manager will lead a diverse range of estate development projects and programmes ensuring that all University capital investment projects deliver value for money, positively enhance the University’s estate and ultimately deliver a positive and consistent experience to students, staff and visitors and support the University’s business of teaching, research and commercial activities.

The successful candidate will possess relevant experience in a project management role with responsibility for the delivery of complex refurbishment, fit-out and strategic maintenance projects, typically in the £50k to £5m value range. You will have strong commercial management skills, with proven experience of procurement, contract management and project budgets management. It is expected that potential candidates with have a relevant technical background in the built environment industry and will have experience of delivering projects within live, operational, high-footfall environments.
