Building Services Manager

3 month temporary contract for a building services manager with experience of BMS systems.

Your new company
Public sector organisation seeking a building services manager with good knowledge of BMS systems. They have a portfolio of properties across Preston.

Your new role
In this role you will be managing a small team of building services engineers and occasionally having to attend sites and have a hands on approach. You will be looking after mechanical, electrical and BMS systems.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be HNC/ HND qualified in mechanical or electrical discipline ideally with hands on experience installing and maintaining those systems in the past.

What you'll get in return
As well as competitive hourly rate this contract may be extended and may even turn into a permanent one.
