Pre-Construction Manager

Pre-Construction Manager £50,000-£65,000 p/a + car + pension + benefits

I am representing an enormously in growth business who operate in the commercial and civils sector. They have had an increase in work volumes, and are now in need of a pre-construction manager to join the business, within the Hampshire area. They are extremely reputable and have an amazing staff retention within the business. They are keen to promote within and offer individuals the chance to step up in their career. You will be employed as a pre-construction manager on a new project within the Hampshire area. To start, you would be carrying out the pre-construction plans, designs, drawings to get the project started. Following this, you would then carry on with the build works of the project for roughly 18 months. There will then be other projects for you to move on to. Tasks to carry out would be oversee pre-construction, carry out drawings, planning, phasing project, planning approvals, environmental issues.


You must have a civils management background, be self sufficient, excellent communication skills, organised, flexible on working hours, customer focused with a good business development plan, confident in speaking to client and have the attitude to be diligent in the beginning stages of the project. They need somebody who is focused and can get things done promptly.
