Permanent Planner role - Nottingham - Main contractor £20m + projects - £Negotiable

Your new company
You will be working for an established main contractor that have won a huge amount of work across Education, Student Accommodation and High Rise projects. They are now seeking a permanent Planner to join their team.

Your new role
Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing the project programme for tenders and construction phase and managing the overall programme for the business. Conducts critical path analysis and provides earned value reporting to accurately measure progress and efficiency to support the business in its operational and financial forecasting. Be a key player in both the pre-construction and post construction phases of New build contracts, working across all business functions including: Business Development, Design, Manufacturing and Construction.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong permanent planner background having worked for main contractors on design and build projects on high value projects.. You will have a good understanding of new build design, procurement, production and commissioning processes.. You will also have experience in NEC forms of Contract especially Option C and the production of activity schedules.
