Internals manager - New-build offices

Your new company
A Busy well established local contractor with multiple sites across Central and south East London. With a Flagship scheme moving onto 1st fix they now seek an experienced internals manager to join the busy Site management team. You will be managing several floors of commercial space, Cat A fit out. You will be working in a team of 4 but have your own dedicated sections of work to manage from 1st fix through to handover.

Your new role
As internal manager you will be taking several floors plus common area from 1st fix to handover, Co-coordinating trades, ensuring adherence to spec, overseeing health & safety etc whilst driving the job on and ensuring programme deadlines are being hit.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experience internal manager, ideally from a trades background. You will need previous commercial experience of working on office/cat A fitouts and be comfortable from 1st fix through to handover. You will hold valid 1st aid, cscs & SMSTS qualifications and be looking for a long term role, freelance initially.
