Northen Surveying Services is seeking to appoint an Associate Director to lead the growth of its cost management service offering.

Established in 2009, Northen Surveying Services is a Bristol based Quantity Surveying Practice with a national client base and an industry leading offer in bills of quantity production, risk management and dispute avoidance.  Having developed an enviable track record and client base in our existing specialist services we are now seeking to appoint an ambitious Associate Director to further expand and diversify the business by leading the growth of our cost management offering.

Working closely with the founding Directors, the Associate Director will play a key role in the management and growth of the business, with a remit to design and implement business development and client relationship management strategy for our cost management offering.  It is anticipated that the Associate Director will grow their responsibility for business management over time, with a view to becoming a Regional or Managing Director over the longer term.

We are seeking an individual who is looking to progress their career in an entrepreneurial role where they can play an influential role in the growth and strategic direction of the business.  You will have demonstrable experience as an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor in a consultant cost management role at Senior QS and/or Associate level, with experience of providing cost management services to clients through the pre and post contract stages of project. 

To be a success in the role you will enjoy and have a track record in business development, client acquisition and relationship management, and will be able to devise and execute plans for growing our cost management offer.  The role would suit an individual who has a positive, can-do attitude, with an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic approach to growing a business.
