Project Manager job on a 3-6 month temporary contract

Your new company
You will be working for a public sector healthcare organisation who are based in the Essex region who have number of exciting new build, regeneration and refurbishment projects in the pipeline. You will be joining their estates on a temporary basis between 3-6 months and will provide assistance with the projects with the benefit of working remotely.

Your new role
You will be assisting with capital refurbishment projects by providing project management duties as well as managing and developing the estates portfolio. You will liaise with GP's maintaining positive working relationships, ensure buildings are suitable for usage and will work with the Strategic Programme Manager and Senior Estates Lead to ensure project delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a background in project management with refurbishment projects and will have a positive working attitude with ability to meet tight deadlines.
