Residential Development Manager

A privately, family owned residential property developer are seeking an experienced, full cyle Development Manager to lead their projects through the design and delivery phases. This property developer focuses on the hotel, residential and commercial real estate sectors in the United Kingdom and have grown into a market-leading real estate platform worth £1 billion +. Responsibilities of the successful candidate will span across both design and delivery, through RIBA stages 3-5.

The successful candiate will need to demonstrate 5+ years industry experience and a hands on approach within the residential sector, capable of leading projects of a large scale through both design and delivery stages. Experience with Section 106 agreeements also desirable. The majority of schemes and pipeline are within Zones 2&3 of London.
