Band 7 Contract Manager (Hard FM) job on a 3 month temporary contract

Your new company
You will be working for a large public sector healthcare organisation who are based in the East London region and will be an important part of their Estates and Facilities department providing expert advice and compliance on the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contract.

Your new role
As the Contract Manager (Hard FM), you will be responsible for reviewing and auditing the performance of key contract providers and will provide advice on the implementation and KPI compliance of the PFI contract. You will ensure that the planned and reactive maintenance service is efficient and timely so that that KPI's and SLA's are met and will communicate with on-site managers and relevant teams to ensure services issues are well managed. You will You will take responsibility for the Hard Facilities budgets, undertake specific projects when required and will prepare plans to rectify any service performance failures.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience of working in an Hard FM environment and ideally for an NHS organisation with a good understating of managing PFI contracts.
