Leading Housing Developer seeks Assistant Site Manager to join their business.

Our client are one of the leading premium residential builder developers in the Scottish market and the quality of their homes and their brand offers their employees a stimulating and engaging work environment. They are exceptionally busy at the moment and they are looking to add an experienced Assistant Site Manager to their team on one of their flagship projects in Edinburgh,


Your new role
As Assistant Site Manager you will be part of a large team reporting to an experienced Senior Site Manager and Contracts Manager. Primarily focused on new house handovers you will have excellent customer care experience driven by exceptional attention to detail and a real positive approach to solving problems for your clients. You will take houses which are close to completion and be a key point of contact for clients moving ensuring any snags ,defects or other problems are resolved promptly and efficiently while protecting the contractual position of the our client.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be from a trade background and have recent relevant experience as an assistant site manager on a housebuilding project. You will be well presented and have strong communication skills ensuring that your clients and customers feel comfortable discussing any issues with their property. You will be from a trade background and have a good understanding of all key trades in housebuilding.
