Architect

RIBA / ARB Architect job in Central Hertfordshire working on Distribution Centres and Warehouse projects.

Qualified RIBA / ARB Architect
Permanent Position
Based in Hertfordshire

Salary range has been discussed with the client for between £35k-£50k dependant on experience.

The role itself is joining an Architectural team of 3 working on Commercial projects ranging in value up to £100m, specifically within Logistic Buildings and Distribution Warehouses across the UK and Worldwide.

An established company who have been operating for over 30 years with an overall headcount of 15-20 staff and who have a strong pipeline of work which is reflective of their recruitment drive to take them into 2021.

Looking to add a Qualified Architect to work alongside the current Senior team.

The role itself will be client facing and will include elements of travel as expected and will be client facing so experience as such is required.

Use of AutoCAD is required and Revit would be beneficial but not essential. New and spacious offices with free parking on site.

They are keen to see candidates who have a similar background but recognise that skills and experience are transferable for the right person.
