A well known groundworks / civils contractor based in Leicestershire are looking for an experienced Groundworks Quantity Surveyor /Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in order to help move the commercial department forward as well as pick up a number of jobs that are due to start in the coming months. This contractor work predominantly within residential groundworks sector across projects throughout the Midlands.

You will ideally be currently working within a QS/Senior QS role within the residential groundworks contractor in order to be able to hit the ground running within this role. The ideal person will have management experience - be able to work alongside the current commercial team as well as help with training and developing the more junior members of staff. Your role will also involve being a hands on Quantity Surveyor running your own jobs.
