Associate Mechanical Director

Permanent opportunity for an associate mechanical director with a consultancy in Manchester.

Your new company
This is a building services consultancy working across high rise residential, commercial offices, leisure and retail sector projects. They have three offices across the UK and are currently expanding their team in Manchester. They are moving to a new business model, working more remotely and as such you can be based anywhere in the North West.

Your new role
In this role you will be working alongside the company director, looking after £250,000 worth of projects or will be involved in bringing an equivalent amount of work with new business. This will be a client facing role where your communication skills will need to be excellent.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a chartered engineer with a degree in building services or equivalent with significant experience managing a portfolio of projects and winning new business. You will have technical background and excellent understanding of mechanical services and will still be able to have a hands on approach.
