Your new company
Opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary chartered surveyors and property consultancy in west Essex. You will be joining an experienced team comprising of chartered surveyors who will be able to provide excellent APC support and guidance.

Your new role
As the Graduate General Practice Surveyor you will complete a range of duties including lease renewals, rent reviews, property management and valuations. You will be assigned to projects that you will be able to use to complete your APC diary and will be supported by an experienced team.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need to have an RICS accredited degree in Real Estate or similar. Previous work experience is not essential, though is deemed beneficial. You will need access to a vehicle for work purposes and should live in commutable distance to the office in West Essex.
