Due to increased project opportunities and their ambition to steadily grow the business, they're seeking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor who can expect nothing but a supportive & collaborative working atmosphere amongst likeminded professionals.
The opportunity will suit someone who is craving more responsibility (backed by their level of talent) not just on their general level of project influence, process and outcomes but also the amount of client responsibility they can confidently hold. The technical opportunity is an all rounded one, it will encompass a full range of professional building surveying duties and project work commissions on various commercial, residential and education projects, c£100k to £5m.
Our client is looking to hire an MRICS Building Surveyor (min 1-3 years post qualification) with a strong commercially led consultancy background to date. It’s important that candidates possess a confident demeanour, be a client facing personality and be able to perform the likes of party wall, condition, dilapidation and acquisition surveys on an autonomous basis.
Despite recent conditions, our client is having a solid year and are well positioned to ‘kick on’ in a revived market. They will continue to develop the business with the quality of their staff at the forefront of their success. Consequently they’re keen to attract someone with exceptional standards & who will go that extra mile for their clients.
Remuneration packages include a generous basic salary + car allowance + private healthcare and an excellent bonus scheme.
